Position HighlightsSchedule:
- Shifts scheduled 2+ months in advance
- 20 ED beds
- 10-12 recliners for fast-track and vertical patients
- Full age spectrum
- Acuity typical of a community emergency department
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Provide high-quality, efficient care across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams
- Support CHRISTUS Healths mission of compassionate, patient-centered care
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Mexico
