• A staff member responsible for managing the detailed work of Federal, State, and Local Grants for Alamosa School District.

• To insure complete and accurate record keeping of grants.
• Maintain accurate files and records
• Meet with Auditor to review grants at year end
• Request funds for grants on a monthly basis
• Create ORC’s (Other Report Code) for all grant budgets.
• Track expenditures and revenue for grants
• Understanding narratives-aligns with budget lines
• Prepare purchase orders for grants
• Provide necessary documents to Assistant Superintendent as requested
• Prepares Annual Financial Reports for required Title funds and grants
• Assists in the preparation of meetings
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent
• Home School Student record keeping

• High School Diploma
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge in Specialized Data Systems for Schools is helpful
• Capable of performing independently
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in working with the public
• Basic Accounting skills/ Budget management preferred
