- Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment.
- Base 3–5 days per week in‑person at our clinic.
- Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serve a rural Colorado community.
- Create and lead individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
- Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow.
- Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required).
- Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years.
- Have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike.
- Display a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a lifelong passion for learning and a desire to serve underserved communities.
- Have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check.
- $60,000 base salary for a 4‑day/week, 32‑hour schedule.
- Up to $83,000+ in wages for a 5‑day, 40‑hour schedule and full caseload.
- Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work‑life balance.
