• We develop quality clinicians from diverse backgrounds who reflect and care about the communities we serve.
• We bring behavioral services to areas where access is limited—because where you live shouldn’t determine the support you get.
• We cultivate meaningful partnerships to drive long‑lasting, systemic change for individuals and families across Colorado.

• Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment.
• Base 3–5 days per week in‑person at our clinic.
• Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serve a rural Colorado community.
• Create and lead individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow.

• Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required).
• Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years.
• Have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike.
• Display a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Maintain a lifelong passion for learning and a desire to serve underserved communities.
• Have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check.

• $60,000 base salary for a 4‑day/week, 32‑hour schedule.
• Up to $83,000+ in wages for a 5‑day, 40‑hour schedule and full caseload.
• Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work‑life balance.
