Talent Manager, HR Manager
Recruiter and Onboarder - People Care Health Services
Base pay range: $41,500 – $47,050 per year.
Job SummaryInterface between employees, supervisors, and executive personnel. Provide day‑to‑day operational support for region and statewide recruitment. Train and coach caregivers. Offer administrative assistance for hiring and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities- Recruitment & Hiring
- Oversee compliance for ongoing need to recruit, hire, and train caregivers.
- Coordinate with Agency Manager, Director of Personnel Development, and program team members.
- Training & Orientation
- Support and facilitate agency’s orientation and training efforts for caregivers.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws concerning home care service personnel.
- Ensure continuing professional education requirements are met.
- Regional Recruitment Efforts
- Strategic and targeted recruitment through county workforce centers, training schools, churches, etc.
- Document and maintain recruitment conduits and contacts.
- Community Relations
- Build and maintain communications and relationships with community entities and individuals that advance the company's reputation.
- Support business development and marketing efforts that align with the role.
- Reporting & Meetings
- Attend regular Personnel Development meetings and sub‑meetings.
- Documentation and File Management
- Ensure all delegated client and employee personnel files are complete, current, and compliant with regulations.
- Cross‑Training
- Learn specified responsibilities of other team member positions as directed.

Education
High School / GED or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of three successful years in a managerial role with at least one year of supervisory experience in the provision of medical or non‑medical home care.
Working Conditions- Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer work.
- Standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, or typing.
- Lifting: up to 10 pounds (sedentary), 20 pounds (light), 50 pounds (medium), over 50 pounds (heavy).
- Weekend, night, or on‑call work regular part of the job.
