Registered Nurse (RN)

Life Care Centers of America, a private 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with over 200 locations across the U.S., is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team. • Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment to concentrate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Sign on bonus: $3,500.

Schedule:

Wed, Thurs, Fri and Thurs, Fri, Sat; only one weekend shift every other week; night shift differential and weekend shift differential apply.
