Job Overview: Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven merchandiser. You will help ensure the sales floor is well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves hands‑on inventory replenishment, maintaining product presentation standards, and creating a seamless shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in various store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports, including before‑and‑after photos, using the Winston App.
• Maintain lifting capability of up to 25 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.

• iOS: iPhone 11 or newer.
• Android: 2020 or newer device, OS no more than four versions behind the latest.

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
