As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. • Engage customers, providing trustworthy automotive advice and ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures, loss‑prevention policies, ensuring proper financial management and keeping store operations running smoothly.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently, following company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum age requirement: at least 16 years old.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule: availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive knowledge – basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional communication – strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail – previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications – Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
