Asst Account Manager

Vedic Village is a luxury hospitality brand offering boutique stays and memorable guest experiences. With properties in Alleppey, Bengaluru, Kodungallur, and Sriperumbudur, we provide peaceful holidays, private celebrations, corporate events, and personalised hospitality.

We are looking for a full-time Accounts Manager to work at our Vedic Village Resort in Alleppey. The Accounts Manager will oversee the resort’s daily accounting and financial activities and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.

Job Description
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payments.
Monitor expenses and manage vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare regular financial and management reports.
Support budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with resort departments on financial matters.
Respond to queries from vendors and business partners.
Ensure compliance with accounting and company procedures.
Improve accounting processes for smooth resort operations.

Qualification & Skill
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in accounts or finance in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, and taxation procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and office applications.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work full-time on-site at Vedic Village Resort, Alleppey.
