Academic Counselor

Hackbit Hackers Academy  is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for  freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience  who are passionate about education, student guidance, and career counseling.

Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them on courses, career paths, and learning opportunities offered by the academy.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on courses, certifications, and career options

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with prospective students

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions

Build strong relationships with students and parents

Contribute positively to team goals and academy growth

Eligibility & Experience

Experience:

0–1 year

Freshers are welcome to apply

Any graduate or relevant qualification

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in  English and Malayalam

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Positive attitude  and willingness to learn

Good interpersonal and  problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge
