This is a fully remote role, open to applicants based in India only
Business Together Limited (BTLITC) is a UK-based technology consultancy specialising in Cybersecurity, AI Security, IT Consulting, and Digital Transformation.
We are looking for a full-time CRM & Revenue Operations Executive to take ownership of our Hub Spot CRM and Apollo platform. This role sits at the heart of our sales operation, helping us build and manage our lead generation engine, optimise sales processes, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Hub Spot CRM, including workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting
Manage Apollo prospecting campaigns and outreach sequences
Build targeted prospect and account lists across multiple sectors
Maintain CRM data quality and accuracy
Create dashboards and management reports
Support lead nurturing and pipeline management activities
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
Work closely with senior leadership to continuously improve sales and lead generation processes
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hub Spot CRM experience
Proven experience using Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach
Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes
Experience building workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable Skills
Experience working within Cybersecurity, IT Services, Technology Consulting, MSP, or SaaS environments
Hub Spot certifications
Linked In Sales Navigator experience
Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone to learn Hub Spot.
We're looking for someone who has already used Hub Spot and Apollo extensively and can help us build a scalable and repeatable lead generation process.
