Overview
Join Alaska Airlines as a Customer Service Agent and contribute to a world‑class travel experience. As a member of the passenger service team you will support guests in ticketing, check‑in, and boarding areas and you will help keep flights on schedule.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with travel needs in a fast‑paced environment; answer inquiries, handle ticketing, check‑in passengers, and board flights.
- Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations.
- Perform computer, iPad, and paperwork tasks.
- Evaluate and prepare flights by arranging seat assignments and load, coordinating special meals, and upgrades.
- Perform boarding and gate duties: checking flight tickets, assisting and directing passengers, making announcements, checking aircraft, and confirming cabin security.
- Process and secure passenger luggage.
- At management direction, may be assigned duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- 6 months of customer service or community service experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Consistently lift 50 lbs; push 50 lbs; bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekends, holidays).
- Ability to participate in paid training.
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Starting RateUSD $29.08 per hour.
