Time Keeping Specialist

Lakeland, FL 33813

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $22-$25/Hr on W2

This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned Business Units, as well as general payroll support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Employee Service Center.
• Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
• Performing time adjustments in LM People
• Maintaining holiday schedules
• Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
• System training and testing when system changes occur
• Weekly reporting and audit support
• Complete required tasks independently

• Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
• Proven effective Customer Service skills
• Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
