• Assist with the overall supervision and management of after-school programs
• Lead and create engaging activities for students in grades 6-8, including arts, sports, and homework help
• Engage with staff, students, and families to foster a welcoming environment
• Enforce school rules and policies to ensure a safe atmosphere for all participants
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned to support program operations

• Training and experience in teaching recreational activities to children
• Previous experience supervising, evaluating, and coaching staff
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies to ensure student safety
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask

• Experience with social and emotional support needs of middle school-aged youth
• Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong
• CPR/First Aid certification
