• Provide academic support in the classroom and foster an engaging learning environment
• Assist with classroom discussions and activities, encouraging student participation
• Help students prepare for guest speakers and supervise during field trips
• Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material
• Maintain attendance records and track student progress

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

• Experience working with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students in exploring higher education opportunities
