• Track student progress and report observations to the Program Manager

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

• Experience working with youth in summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
• Passion for education and mentoring students in grades K-12
