Educational Assistant - BSS Precollege Program – Law and Governance

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
• Experience working with high school‑aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

• Experience working with summer camps, pre‑college programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship with students while providing support
• Comfort with problem‑solving and working in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in building community within small and large groups
• Passion for working with students in grades K-12
