• Provide academic support in the classroom and assist with classroom discussions and activities
• Encourage students to reflect on course content and connect it to their future goals
• Facilitate study group sessions and supervise students during field trips
• Maintain attendance records and track student progress, reporting observations to the Program Manager
• Foster a professional relationship with students while serving as a mentor

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

• Experience working with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
• Passion for working with students in grades K-12
• Comfortable problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
