We are looking for an at-home tutor for AP Physics 1. Our student is a 10th grader. At this initial point, we have in mind 2 hours per week - these may be 1 2-hour session or 2 1-hour sessions, depending on what is more effective. As the tutoring progresses, additional time could be added.

• Provide tutoring for AP Physics 1 to a 10th-grade student, supplementing school lectures and materials.
• Support quiz and exam preparation; include AP Physics 1 exam prep as tutoring progresses toward May.
• Adjust session length and frequency based on effectiveness (options include one 2-hour session or two 1-hour sessions per week).

• Current UW student with a major that requires a strong background in Physics.
• Evidence of good engagement with other students and ability to explain concepts clearly.
