• Maintain a professional relationship with students while acting as a mentor

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences

• Experience in building community within small and large groups
• Passion for working with students in grades K-12
• Experience with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship with students while serving as a friendly support system
