• Assist with classroom discussions and activities, encouraging student participation
• Supervise students during field trips and prepare them for guest speakers
• Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material and support collaborative learning
• Maintain attendance records and track student progress, reporting observations to the Program Manager

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Energetic approach to learning with respect for individual differences

• Passion for working with students in grades K-12
• Experience in building community within small and large groups
• Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship with students while serving as a mentor
• Background in summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
