• Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material and support collaborative learning
• Monitor student progress, take daily attendance, and report observations to the Program Manager
• Maintain a professional relationship with students while serving as a mentor

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma is required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
• Experience working with high school‑aged students
• Energetic approach to learning and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience working with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
• Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
• Passion for working with K‑12 students and guiding them in exploring higher education opportunities
