What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate the completion of inclusion support plans for participants in various programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding program plans and expectations
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop and adapt visual support tools
  • Manage documentation and maintain organization within G-Suite applications
  • Travel to program sites as needed to support participants and staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with participants with disabilities in an inclusive setting
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documents and projects using G Suite applications
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of participant and staff information

    Experience working with diverse communities and individuals
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various program locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (special education, rehabilitation psychology, social work, etc.)
  • Experience in school, camp, or childcare environments
  • Ability to read and interpret IEPs and other special education documents
  • Experience in delegating tasks and monitoring project statuses
  • Understanding of reasonable accommodations and support strategies through the ADA
