We are seeking Early Learning Educators that want to be part of a winning team and have opportunity for career growth!
The ELE will:
- - Providea safe and loving environment for the children while also meeting their basic and educational needs
- - Implementweekly lesson plans
- - Track students' developmental progress
- - Ensure that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning
- - Establish relationships with each family to ensure that their child's needs are met.
The ideal ELE candidate will:
- - Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations
- - Ability to pass a background check
- - Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children
- - Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents
- - Maintain good time and attendance
- - Classroom management experience
Our employees must love working with children, have a passion for teaching, and work well with parents and other staff members. Professionalism is very important.

Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, or other education field, or CDA highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with children required
- Maintain good time and attendance
- Classroom management experience
- Professional conduct and good work ethic is what we're looking for!
