Job Description
We are seeking an URGENT HIRING: HHAs & CNAs to become apart of our team!
You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare such asmeal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands
- Keep family updated on patient status and changes
- Experience in personal care,home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Truly Hearts is a non-medical home care agency that assist elderly and disabled individuals with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation. We strive to meet the needs of these individuals so that they can continue to live comfortably in their own homes.
