• Develop and oversee budgets for all programs
• Track program expenditures and maintain accurate financial records
• Process reimbursements and manage procurement for program needs
• Prepare financial reports for the organization and staff as needed
• Facilitate Peer-to-Peer Counseling sessions to create safe spaces for neurodivergent students

• Strong background in budgeting and financial management
• Must be enrolled at UW-Madison for the Spring 2026 semester and Fall 2026 semester
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
• Lived experience as a neurodivergent individual or strong understanding of neurodivergence
• Experience in nonprofit or program funding is a plus

• Enthusiasm pertaining to neurodiversity, disability, advocacy, etc.
• Continued enrollment for Spring 2027 semesters is a plus
