It requires endurance for 12-hour shifts and dormitory-style living, with a 3-week on/3-week off rotation from Anchorage, AK. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in a commercial kitchen, Alaska Food Workers Card/Serv Safe, and ability to pass
