Full-Time Line Cook

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cookmenu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Ensure every plate is preparedaccurately, consistently, and presented withcare.
• Work efficiently during high-volume lunchand dinner service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, andhealth department regulations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and properportioning.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory,stocking, and kitchenorganization.
• Maintain a cleanand organized workstation throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support a positive, respectful, and team-orientedkitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience is
  preferred
  .
• Experience in an Italian restaurant isa plus butnot required.
• Ability to work efficiently ina fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational andtime-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated withapositive attitude.
• Ability to standfor extended periods and lift upto 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
