We are seeking a skilled Lead AV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced audio-visual (AV) systems. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AV solutions.
Responsibilities- Install and configure advanced AV systems in various settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV technology.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their AV requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Deep understanding of AV technology and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations
- Lead teams of 2-6 technicians effectively in accordance with company standards
- Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, large displays/video walls, and cabling
- Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
