Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Hardscaper on behalf of one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced Hardscaper who can work with stone, pavers, and outdoor construction projects. This Hardscaper position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in building high-quality hardscape projects.

As a Hardscaper
, you will be responsible for installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. This Hardscaper role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and experience working with landscaping materials and tools.

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features as a Hardscaper
• Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, grading, and compacting as a Hardscaper
• Lay pavers, stone, brick, and concrete materials as a Hardscaper
• Operate hand tools and power tools used in hardscaping projects
• Read basic layouts and follow project plans as a Hardscaper
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions as a Hardscaper
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Previous experience working as a Hardscaper or in landscaping/construction
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor installations
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Experience with grading, drainage, and site prep as a Hardscaper
• Familiarity with blueprints or layout plans
• Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment
