• Assist the lead instructor in conducting junior group tennis lessons
• Provide instruction to players ranging from beginners to high school level
• Ensure that lessons are engaging, safe, and fun for all participants
• Adapt lesson plans based on varying schedules and enrollment numbers
• Support a positive learning environment for young tennis players

• Tennis experience at the high school level
• Previous tennis instruction experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to making tennis enjoyable
• Ability to engage with young players and create a positive atmosphere
  
  Flexibility to work varying hours during the business week

• Experience coaching or leading tennis programs for youth
• Knowledge of tennis techniques and strategies
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players and parents
• Passion for sports and promoting physical activity among youth
