Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (Rider Coach) to support the U.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), Advanced Rider Course, and a nationally accredited driver safety course.

The total hourly pay for this non‑exempt position (
39.58 USD per hour for up to 40 hours per week) is comprised of a base hourly rate of 34.65 USD plus 4.93 USD per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.

The above rate represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Instructors provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor is responsible for facilitating BRC and ARC classes which includes both classroom and range instruction. The instructor is also responsible for maintaining class paperwork, pre‑class preparation, and online recording of class information, and submission of completed paperwork. The Instructor must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a Rider Coach.

• Handle all associated paperwork

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for an 8‑hour period
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle in the demonstration of riding exercises
• Ability to tolerate extremes of weather

• Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with minimal oversight necessary
• Travel may be required
• Long hours and weekends may be required to meet deliverables

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
