- Adhere to UICOGS, client, and North Slope safety protocols, as well as DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch, rig move supervisors, and field crews to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize app-based tracking systems for field tickets, time entry, and load documentation.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, fuel records, and daily reports.
- Support general rig move and logistics tasks when not actively hauling.

- Proficient with app-based field ticketing and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of heavy-haul securement, rigging, and Arctic logistics.
- Must pass DOT drug/alcohol screening and remain in compliance with random testing.
- Ability to work in extreme Arctic conditions (–40°F, high winds, low visibility).
- Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, climbing equipment, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Familiarity with North Slope operations, tundra travel permits, and environmental regulations preferred.
Work Schedule & Environment:
- 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation.
- UICOGS covers flights between Anchorage (ANC) and Deadhorse (DH).
- Minimum 12-hour workdays, 7 days per week while on rotation.
- During winter rig move season, drivers may be required to work 16–18 hour days as operational demands increase.
- Remote Arctic camp setting with meals and lodging provided.
