The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides essential administrative support to financial advisors and the client support team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members.
- Support account management tasks: account opening, transfers, and related documentation under the advisory team’s direction.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, preparing client meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the annual business planning process and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Use technology platforms such as Salesforce, Money Guide, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
