Lead RBT; Center

Animate Behavior is a BCBA-owned, boutique ABA agency serving the Greater Bay Area, and we're hiring a full-time Lead RBT for our Early Learner Center in Albany. This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who are ready to build leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality direct services. You'll support young children with autism in a structured, center-based setting and serve as a mentor and resource to other Behavior Technicians, with a BCBA onsite at all times.

• $26 to $31 per hour, depending on experience and education level; includes up to $3/hour bonus on billable hours
• Leadership experience supporting and training clinical teams
• A real path to BCBA certification, including supervised fieldwork, professional development, and coursework support
• BCBA onsite at all times for meaningful mentorship and collaboration
• Consistent weekday daytime schedule with no driving between client homes

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate client data and session documentation
• Model clinical best practices and support consistency across treatment teams
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new Behavior Technicians
• Support supervision activities and provide performance feedback as directed by BCBAs
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and collaborative clinic environment
• Partner with families, BCBAs, and team members to support meaningful client outcomes

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of ABA experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to commute to our Albany Early Learner Center (94706)

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:0 with a one-hour lunch, in person at our Albany Early Learner Center.
