Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.50 USD per hour

Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services (including fulfillment services).
• Assist guests with returns, order pick up, drive up, and registry needs while following Target policies and procedures.
• Delivers easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support cash handling and, as needed, cash office processes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues as needed to leaders to recover the guest shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and ethical conduct standards.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and to engage around offerings.
• Ability to operate technology devices and handheld scanners; capable of working independently or with a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times as needed.
• Physically able to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds regularly; able to stand and move for scheduled shift lengths.

You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule and may create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Attendance and responsiveness to scheduling opportunities are essential. You must work at least one shift within 5 months or your employment may be terminated.
