If you join our team as an Entry-Level Seasonal Tax Preparer, you'll conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients, start to develop your book of business, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set with professional development and continuous training.

No matter your work background or experience level, we welcome you to apply!
Tax Preparer candidates may have;

• - 1 or 2 years of previous work experience in customer service, administrative support, accounting or another relevant field.
• - Some candidates may have worked only 1 or a few previous tax seasons in this role.
• - Doing your own taxes will count as experience.

Responsibilities often include:

• Collect relevant financial records, including pay stubs and income statements
• Input data from financial records into tax return software or databases
• Use tax software to determine how much each client will pay or earn on the return
• Use tax software to complete and file tax documents with appropriate agencies, IRS and state government entities
• Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business
