We are currently seeking a Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor provides direction on service work orders and collaborates with technicians to deliver excellent service to customers.

• Work with the service manager, customer, and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Manage billing and invoice productivity.
• Provide the customer with clarity on the concern and necessary next steps.
• Offer additional services and repairs as needed.
• Compute cost of replacement parts and labor.
• Estimate cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain to customer.
• Schedule appointments with customer.
• Maintain facility standards for repair and order production.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Manage service lane reception, work dispatch flow and technician proficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem‑solving and repair experience.

• ASE certifications preferred.

• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Safety conscious.
• Work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Teachable, hardworking with mechanical aptitude.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable with self‑initiative.
• Complete tasks with minimal follow‑up.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Learn and operate service equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and/or smartphone skills.
