Team Overview

In this role, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports, working within the Customer Service Supply Chain/Warehouse Team in Brewery Operations.

What You'll Be Brewing
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports, supporting growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
  • Lead production scheduling, financial and operational performance, inventory and material management, asset care, reliability, and project engineering for customer service and supply.
  • Ensure high‑quality products are warehoused and shipped cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead and support brewery safety, sustainability, and environmental initiatives.
  • Develop local strategies and tactics aligned with the brewery and integrated supply chain strategic plan.
  • Serve as the key interface with distributors and field sales, ensuring brewery quality and service levels exceed distributor needs; represent the brewery to distributors and trade customers.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Act as the functional business owner for projects that impact the area of responsibility.
The Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or another technical field;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years managing exempt‑level employees.
  • Preferred previous experience managing warehouse/supply chain operations in manufacturing.
  • Proven achievement across a balanced scorecard in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Experience driving results utilizing Lean methodologies and tools.
  • Enjoy complex projects, demonstrating understanding of business priorities.
  • Build relationships and collaborate to reach desired outcomes.
  • Take accountability for results—acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Thirst for learning; always looking for ways to grow and support others.

Pay and Benefits

Posting salary range: $ - $ (base salary) + 20% target short‑term incentive + target long‑term incentive + ~$23,000 average spend on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off, holidays, vacation, sick days.
