We’re looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. As Assistant Director, you will collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children. Guided by our commitment to excellence, you will lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and supervise teachers, ensuring high‑quality instruction and professional growth.
- Enforce safety and health regulations to maintain a secure learning environment.
- Engage with families to foster partnership and promote student success.
- Assist in enrollment planning and community outreach initiatives.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education with proven leadership skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of state regulations and accreditation standards is an asset.
