Duties & Responsibilities
:

• Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

What we are looking for
:

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during a shift, with a positive attitude and strong motivation.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; a safe, responsible driver with a reliable, insured vehicle.
• A great role model and leader; punctual and good attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
