Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support strategic decision‑making through rigorous financial modeling and data analysis. The position is on‑site and requires collaboration with finance, operations, and senior leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze large data sets using SQL to extract actionable insights and support business initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and operational performance.
• Identify and document variances, recommend corrective actions, and track implementation.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to accounting standards throughout all analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• 2–25 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and validate detailed financial models.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of ERP or financial planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or FMVA).
• Background in a specific industry relevant to the company’s core operations.
