Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

• Every 3rd-4th weekend requirement and every other holiday

• Must live 75+ miles from facility (driver's license address verification required)

• 5+ years Level 1 Trauma Facility experience required OR travel experience with minimum 2 years ER experience in acute care setting

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS or NIHSS, TNCC preferred

• Must have prior Meditech 6.15 experience

• Patient ratio of 1:4

• Required to pass online Cardiac Rhythms test (80% minimum) and ESI Triage Exam during orientation

• Scrub color requirement:
Caribbean Blue

• Handle approximately 140 patient visits per day ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics

• Work in 25 monitored beds, 6 fast treatment beds, 6 fast treatment chairs, 2 trauma bays

• Nurses perform own lab draws and IV starts

• Floor-specific orientation of 1-2 shifts depending on comfort level

• Weekly testing required if not COVID vaccinated

• Must have ESI triage training experience and previous use of Alaris pumps preferred
