Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• Every 3rd-4th weekend requirement and every other holiday

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience in an Acute Care setting required

• MEDITECH 6.15 experience required

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS or NIHSS, TNCC preferred

• Must hold active TNCC certification to receive crisis rate

• Patient ratio of 1:4

• Highly preferred travel experience or 5+ years in a Level 1 Trauma Facility

• Must pass online Cardiac Rhythms test (minimum 80% passing score) and ESI Triage Exam during orientation

• Caribbean Blue scrub color required

• Nurses perform own lab draws and IV starts

• Care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics including trauma, CVA, orthopedic, and neurological cases

• Work in 25 monitored beds, 6 fast treatment beds, 6 fast treatment chairs, 2 trauma bays, and dedicated stroke room

• Handle approximately 140 patient visits per day

• 1-2 shift floor-specific orientation based on comfort level

• 75-mile radius rule applies - driver's license address must be 75 miles from facility

• 12 hours cancellation policy every 2 weeks
