Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Every 3rd-4th weekend requirement

• Every other holiday requirement

• Patient ratio of 1:4

• Must have minimum 2 years ER experience in acute care setting

• Must have Meditech 6.15 experience

• Must hold active TNCC certification

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS or NIHSS, TNCC

• Caribbean blue scrubs required

• Must pass online Cardiac Rhythms test with minimum 80% score

• Must pass ESI Triage Exam during orientation

• Highly preferred travel experience or 5+ years in Level 1 Trauma Facility

• Floor-specific orientation of 1-2 shifts depending on comfort level

• Nurses perform their own lab draws and IV starts

• Handle patients from pediatrics to geriatrics including trauma cases

• Work in 25 monitored beds, 6 fast treatment beds, 6 fast treatment chairs, 2 trauma bays

• Approximately 140 patient visits per day

• 4 bed behavioral lockdown area available

• 12 hours cancellation policy every 2 weeks

• 75 mile radius rule applies
