We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Catering Manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Albany, GA. As a catering manager you will lead a talented team of food service professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.
Responsibilities- Training and supervising servers and cooks.
- Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
- At least five years of experience in fast‑pace catering within the food service and/or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Albany State University – Albany, GA
CompensationCompensation is up to $60,000 per year based on experience.
