Manufacturing site leader in a dynamic WCSC environment

As an internal consultant, you will influence all levels of the organization (from leadership to shop floor) through strategic planning, capability building, effective communication, and recognition. Your key duties include:

• Lead a team of 1‑2 colleagues and coach their career growth.
• Drive the site’s progress on WCSC loss elimination and business performance, aiming for zero‑loss goals over the next 6–18 months.
• Own the change‑management strategy, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Connect leaders and teams to streamline communication and decision‑making for rapid change response.
• Collaborate with site leadership on the annual planning cycle and create a master plan centered on zero‑loss goals.
• Oversee contingency planning and waste‑reduction initiatives for operational excellence and sustainability.
• Act as the process gatekeeper across departments, ensuring consistency while supporting the transition to Best Value Practices (BVP).
• Promote WCSC principles with advanced technical expertise, mentor teams, and champion excellence in execution.

• 10+ years experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, or a World Class Supply Chain environment.
• Authentic leadership with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to bring credibility and a clear vision to site priorities and influence key decisions.
• Strong partnering skills, fostering teamwork and alignment across stakeholders.
• Excellent technical communication – simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Role‑modeling and mentoring to strengthen WCSC skills and leadership capabilities.
• Proven mastery of World Class Supply Chain pillars to assess gaps, coach teams, and connect with corporate resources.
• Passion for complex projects, rapid execution, and deep business focus.

Competitive base salary ranging from $95,500 to $125,400, plus incentive plans. Benefits include:
