Business Consulting - Life Sciences Senior Manager

This Senior Manager position within the Life Sciences Consulting practice focuses on developing and leading RWE strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Lead client engagements on evidence generation, design and implement RWE programs (Phase IV studies, registries, observational research), and advise on evidence strategies supporting development, regulatory, market access, and commercialization. Support business development, develop market solutions, and foster client relationships. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery excellence and contribute to thought leadership through publications and presentations.

Require an advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD, MPH) and 10+ years in pharma, biotech, or consulting, with deep expertise in RWE, RWD, epidemiology, and outcomes research. Proven experience managing large programs, supporting business growth, and collaborating across healthcare functions. Strong industry presence, leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into strategic insights.

Experience with healthcare data sources, regulatory collaborations, and a robust publication record are preferred. The role demands strategic thinking, scientific credibility, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions in the healthcare ecosystem.
