Responsibilities- Participate actively in daily Line Direction Setting meetings, report results from the previous 24 hours, and help execute the daily plan.
- Own the maintenance, planning, and scheduling system to ensure continuous improvement of production line reliability.
- Coach and support the line team, reviewing and updating maintenance documents during daily meetings.
- Build capabilities in operating teams and equipment owners to deliver overall line performance aligned with plant business needs.
- Act as liaison between the operational team and maintenance, directing the work of hourly employees within assigned production areas.
- Lead and execute complex projects quickly, aligning with business priorities and strategic planning.
- 1‑3 years in asset care or engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plant Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with maintenance scheduling and prioritization of competing needs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to influence and coach others.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive mindset to take initiative and work effectively across teams.
