Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Equipment Specialist III. Primary duties include:
Supervise a team of Equipment Technicians in a warehouse laboratory setting to ensure quality control and timely production of a project. Applicant must possess subject matter expertise in production management and personnel management.

• Assist in planning and developing effective production support strategies, ensuring they meet established goals for operational effectiveness and readiness.
• Review system parts lists and make recommendations on the table of allowance. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of surveillance efforts.
• Supervise the workforce to achieve goals to Conduct surveillance and repair of Chemical, Biological and Radiological respirators.
• Manage the workforce and lead them to meet production goals.
• Experience in conducting production management and staffing to achieve goals.
• Ability to innovate to achieve objectives.
• Supervise Technicians to follow established procedures to inspect, disassemble, assemble and test masks.

• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
• Manage personnel performance.

• High School Degree/GED and a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years relevant experience in production and personnel management.
• Must possess a working knowledge of production goals.
• Production experience in commercial sector such as MARS, P&G, Miller Coors.

• Required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
