Service Technician - Albany

Newton Crouch Company, LLC is looking for a Service Technician to join the NCC team in Albany, Georgia. Must be able to provide accurate service and repair of agricultural spreading and spraying equipment. The ideal candidate can work solo or as a team.

• Service and Repair
  • Service and repair hydraulics, pumps, brakes, electrical and steel parts
  • Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature
  • Quality control to ensure all equipment service and repair meets Newton Crouch standards
  • Work independently or with service team to ensure equipment is repaired in timely manner
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of any hazards

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

• Skills
  • Minimum 1-3 years of machine service and repair experience;
    Ag experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of all types of welding processes with welding tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools i.e.: power hand tools, handheld plasma, grinder, cutting torch, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift is required
  • Build and maintain relationships within team
  • Exhibit a high level of personal integrity
  • Display sound judgement and common sense
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward self and others
